This mold is an epoxy carbon plate pultrusion mold, which can meet the stable production of pultruded plates with different cross-sectional thicknesses ranging from 1mm to 10mm, and the production speed can reach over 30 meters per hour.
The mold is made of hard alloy steel, and the hardness after heat treatment can reach above HRC58, ensuring that the mold is resistant to wear and corrosion under high temperature and high pressure. The service life depends on the process fit and the proficiency of the on-site operator. The total pultrusion meter length of a single set of mold can range from 40,000 to 150,000 meters.The surface of the mold cavity is treated with nano-level polishing technology or aerospace-grade mirror electroplating. The surface finish of the mold cavity reaches Ra≤0.08μm, ensuring that the product surface is defect-free.
