[Suzhou, May 2024] Due to a 60% increase in order volume in 2023, Jiteng Precision Mold officially started production in its newly expanded factory in May 2024, marking a new level of capacity and manufacturing strength for the enterprise. This expansion added 20 precision processing machines and 30 professional technicians, increasing the monthly production capacity by 40%, and can meet the batch delivery needs of different customers.

The new factory began its preparatory work in September 2023, covering an area of 2,000 square meters and equipped with 20 large grinding machines and other core equipments. "After the expansion, our monthly production capacity for pultrusion molds can reach 180 sets and compression molds 80 sets. The product length exceeds 10,000 meters. Moreover, relying on the local supply chain in Suzhou, the delivery cycle for regular orders can be controlled within 25 days," the company's production and operation director explained.
